We are looking for a Scientific Officer Efficacy to join our

Bioefficacy & Regulatory Affairs team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating bioefficacy studies for agrochemical and related chemical products while ensuring compliance with Indian and international regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and execute bioefficacy studies for agrochemical products.
- Develop field and laboratory trial protocols in coordination with CROs and research institutes.
- Review raw data, statistical analyses, and study reports to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and review Biological Assessment Dossiers and efficacy-related regulatory documents.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Toxicology, Formulation, and Residue teams to support product registration activities.
- Provide technical guidance on trial design, data interpretation, and study optimization.
- Ensure studies are conducted in accordance with GLP and Positive Experimental Practices (GEP), where applicable.
- Stay updated with CIBRC, OECD, FAO, EPPO, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
