- Understand business requirements and convert them into scalable Windchill solutions.
- Lead solution design discussions and prepare technical design documents.-
- Break down Epics into Features, User Stories, and Technical Tasks.
- Define acceptance criteria, identify edge cases, and perform impact analysis.
- Design solutions with upgradeability, maintainability, and performance in mind.
- Develop and customize Windchill using Java and Windchill APIs.
- Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout implementation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and Architects.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend long-term solutions.
