Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Quality Management processes.
- Configure and customize SAP QM modules based on business requirements.
- Design and implement end-to-end QM solutions in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Set up and maintain:
- Inspection Planning
- Inspection Lots
- Quality Notifications
- Vendor Quality Management
- Audit Management
- Certificate Processing
- Quality Control Processes

- Integrate SAP QM with:

- Materials Management (MM)
- Production Planning (PP)
- Warehouse Management (WM/EWM)
- Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Sales & Distribution (SD)

- Support inbound, in-process, and outbound quality inspection processes.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and work closely with ABAP and technical teams.
- Provide post-go-live production support and issue resolution.
- Create user documentation and conduct end-user training.
