Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute hyper-local marketing plans for recent clinic launches.

- Coordinate grand opening events, community outreach programs, and free health camps to maximize patient footfall.

- Ensure timely deployment of all branding materials, signage, and launch collaterals.

- Execute BTL marketing activities including door-to-door campaigns, apartment activations, corporate tie-ups, and school/college health drives.

- Manage production and distribution of marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, banners, and standees, while monitoring promoter performance and lead generation.

- Coordinate local ATL campaigns including newspaper advertisements, radio, regional TV, and outdoor media in collaboration with central marketing teams and agencies.

- Identify high-impact local media opportunities aligned with the target audience.

- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, printers, event agencies,



and fabrication partners while ensuring timely execution within the approved budget.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, track footfall and lead generation, and gather market intelligence and competitor insights to improve future launch strategies
