Job Description

- Following-up leads for existing and current customers and doing sales development

- Taking up online leads from our channels and follow up with them

- Preparing and sending quotes

- Achieve sales targets and generate revenue

- Introduce new customers, develop and grow existing customers

- Strong follow-ups for repeat orders from existing and new customers

- Frequent travel (Delhi NCR) to regularly meet and maintain relationships with customers

- Give a seamless experience to customers pre and post-sales

- Provide general and technical support to the customers for query resolution to maximize customer satisfaction

- To understand customers buying pattern/needs/requirements and plan internally based on the same

- Maintaining cordial relationship with end clients

- Account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention and growth

- Maintaining all leads on ERP system on daily basis

- Preparing sales & summary reports & other documentation





- Internal & external coordination

- Direct reporting to top management

Skills

- 0 to 1 year of sales experience

- Must have own 2 or 4-wheeler, travel to Delhi NCR region

- Value selling techniques, Negotiation & analytical skills

- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment

- Go-getter attitude and a strong work ethic

- Ability to work collaboratively and independently and in a team-oriented environment

- Proficient in MS Office, Emails, Internet, Technology, etc.

- Candidate should have a deeper understanding of sale, purchase, stock, income and expenses

- High aptitude for dealing with numeric and financial data & statistics with commercial acumen

- Excellent problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude

- Attention to details

- Good communication & writing skills and fluency in English is a must
