Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and data-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Seven Infosystem. In this role, you will lead the digital marketing, online visibility, and lead generation campaigns for our expanding suite of in-house IT products, including ERP systems, Booking/Staff Management systems, and specialised B2B software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, implement, and monitor comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple company websites and dedicated product landing pages.

* Execute thorough keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink building (off-page SEO), and local SEO techniques.

* Strategize and implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Core Web Vitals/UX-focused SEO parameters.

* Maximize local search footprint by managing and regularly updating Google Business Profiles.

* Develop a 360 content calendar, creating and scheduling creative, trending posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X.

* Drive targeted B2B lead generation funnels using organic content strategies, groups, and digital outreach campaigns.

* Monitor, analyze, and report weekly performance metrics using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tracking tools.

* Coordinate the baseline creation of promotional graphic templates and creative banners for daily social feeds.

Preferred candidate profile

* 2 to 4 years of solid professional experience in SEO, social media marketing, or performance marketingideally within the IT, software, or B2B SaaS industry.

* Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate with a specialization in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related streams.

Technical & Functional Skills:

* Deep understanding of SEO mechanics (crawling, indexing,



on-page structures, semantic search, and authority building).

* Proficient with essential diagnostic tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and premium SEO tools (like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Ubersuggest).

* Creative copywriting mindset with the ability to explain complex technical products (like ERP software) in easy, engaging terms.

* Experience utilizing modern Generative AI tools to scale high-quality content drafting, script ideas, and imagery briefs safely.

* Familiarity with design platforms like Canva to quickly adjust or build out social media creatives independently.

* Working knowledge or basic hands-on experience setting up paid performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

* Excellent written communication skills paired with a persuasive approach toward digital lead conversion.

* Location: This is a full-time, strictly onsite position at our office in Rajkot, Gujarat.

* Joining Timeline: Candidates who are available to join immediately or within a 15-day notice window will be strongly preferred.
