Responsibilities
- - High agency and ownership
- - Outlier work ethic (this role is 9am - 9pm - 6 days per week)
- - Obsession with hiring top-tier talent in high-velocity environments
- - Filled multiple critical roles simultaneously under aggressive timelines
- - Built talent pipelines in new geographies and have opened current hiring markets successfully
Benefits
- - Base compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 USD
- - Equity compensation: $20,000 - $60,000 USD
