manages patient care and safety during surgeries like cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and laparoscopies. They prepare the surgical suite, support surgeons, and monitor patients through perioperative phases.

Core Responsibilities :-

- Pre-operative Preparation: Assess surgical patients, verify medical records and consent, prepare and position patients on the operating table, and sterilize the surgical site.
- Intra-operative Support: Assist OB/GYN surgeons and anesthesiologists, hand surgical instruments and supplies, manage surgical counts (sponges, needles, instruments), and monitor vital signs.
- Emergency Response: Act quickly during critical events like severe postpartum hemorrhage or fetal distress by priming emergency medication and blood products.
- Post-operative Care: Transfer patients safely to the recovery unit, monitor vital signs, manage post-surgical pain, and assess for immediate complications.
- Equipment & Infection Control: Maintain a sterile setting, ensure proper functioning of specialized surgical lights, monitors, and tools, and handle specimens safely.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
