- 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service or a Hotel Management graduate with completed Industrial Training (IT) or On-the-Job Training (OJT).
- Welcome guests and provide courteous, qualified service at all times.
- Serve food and beverages according to the hotel's service standards.
- Set up, clean, and maintain restaurant tables and service stations.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently followed.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth and timely operations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain excellent grooming, discipline, and a positive attitude.
- Be willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Deliver exceptional guest service while contributing to a positive team environment.
