Education

- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service:

- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests.

- Create a memorable dining experience.

- Welcome and assist guests professionally.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately.

- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.

- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.

Restaurant Operations

- Set up and arrange dining tables.

- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.

- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.

- Clean and organize work areas, utensils, and supplies.

- Process guest transactions efficiently.

Safety & Compliance

- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

- Ensure a safe and clean work environment.

- Maintain a qualified appearance and behaviour at all times.





Physical Responsibilities

- Stand, walk, and move for extended periods.

- Lift, carry, push, and pull items as required.

- Handle menus and verify order details accurately.

- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
