Guest Relations - Assistant Manager
Location - Delhi Role Summary The Guest Relations function is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and managing high-quality engagement initiatives for clients, partners, lawyers, and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on food & beverage management, event execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence, ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities
- Hospitality & Culinary Management
Curate and manage F&B; offerings based on stakeholder preferences and dietary requirements.
Oversee daily snacks, meal services, and catering arrangements for meetings and visiting stakeholders.
Ensure vendor quality, hygiene standards, and service delivery.
Conduct vendor evaluations, food trials, and onboarding processes.

Event
Planning & Execution
Plan and execute internal and external events including client engagements, partner meets, townhalls, inductions, and festive celebrations.
Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue, décor, catering, entertainment, production, and licensing.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Develop contingency plans to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Reservations & External Liaison
Manage restaurant bookings and external hospitality arrangements for partners and leadership.
Liaise with hotels, venues, and F&B; partners for collaborations and events.
Organize external meeting venues with required AV and technical support.
- Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
Address special dietary requirements and stakeholder needs proactively.
Maintain SOPs for all recurring guest relations activities.
Manage and update event calendars and service logs.
- Financial & Vendor Management
Track budgets for events, catering, and guest relations activities.
Oversee vendor payments and ensure timely invoice processing and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate documentation and financial records.
- Training & Service Excellence
Conduct training sessions for staff and vendors on hospitality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance service quality and innovation.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Hotel Management, or a related field
Relevant certifications in hospitality, event management, or F&B; management will be an added advantage Preferred Background
Prior experience in corporate environments, the hospitality industry, hotels, luxury service brands, or event management firms
Demonstrated experience in vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
