About the Role

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to help build and scale Wyre AI’s go-to-market infrastructure from the ground up.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Data, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence. You will work closely with the Founder, Sales, and Marketing teams to design systems, build workflows, and leverage AI-powered solutions that improve customer acquisition, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology. You will help build the foundation of Wyre AI’s commercial engine — from prospect research and outbound automation to sales enablement, analytics, and revenue operations.

You won't just manage existing tools and processes — you'll help create the systems that enable Wyre AI to scale.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy & Systems Ownership

- Own and continuously improve Wyre AI’s go-to-market systems, processes, and workflows
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies across the customer acquisition journey and implement scalable solutions
- Build systems that improve sales productivity, marketing efficiency, and revenue execution
- Evaluate and implement emerging GTM technologies that improve commercial performance
- Partner with leadership to establish scalable revenue operations

AI & Automation

- Build AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive commercial tasks and improve team productivity
- Develop systems for prospect research, account intelligence, lead qualification, and market analysis
- Leverage AI tools to automate sales collateral, customer communications, outreach campaigns, and internal workflows
- Experiment with AI agents, automation frameworks, and emerging technologies to improve GTM execution
- Identify opportunities where AI can create measurable improvements across revenue teams

Sales & Marketing Enablement





- Design and optimize outbound prospecting workflows in partnership with Sales
- Build processes that improve pipeline generation, lead scoring, and account prioritization
- Support sales teams with automated research, personalized outreach, and competitive intelligence
- Create scalable systems for proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and customer-facing materials
- Enable sales and marketing teams with tools and processes that improve efficiency

Data & Analytics

- Build dashboards and reporting workflows to measure GTM performance
- Analyze funnel metrics including pipeline generation, conversion rates, engagement, and revenue performance
- Create actionable insights that improve sales and marketing decisions
- Maintain accurate and reliable GTM data across systems
- Identify trends and opportunities through data-driven analysis

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams
- Translate business challenges into scalable technical and operational solutions
- Build feedback loops between customer insights, product development, and commercial strategy
- Help shape how Wyre AI uses AI and automation across the organization

Scaling the Function

- Establish foundational GTM infrastructure as Wyre AI grows
- Evaluate and implement tools that support efficient scaling
- Create repeatable processes that enable revenue growth without proportional increases in headcount
- Continuously improve systems as the business evolves

Required Skills & Qualifications

GTM & Business Operations

- 3 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience building or improving business workflows, systems, and operational processes
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and translate them into scalable solutions

AI & Automation

- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and business processes
- Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies
- Experience building automation workflows using platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or Power Automate




- Ability to quickly evaluate and adopt emerging AI and GTM technologies

GTM Technology Stack

- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
- Familiarity with sales intelligence and prospecting tools such as Apollo, Clay, Outreach, Salesloft, or ZoomInfo
- Experience managing data workflows, integrations, and reporting systems

Analytical & Technical Skills

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, no-code/low-code platforms, or basic scripting is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
