Job Title: GST Executive / Assistant Manager – GST Litigation & Compliance

Location: Navyug Market, Ghaziabad

Firm: Prateek Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants

Experience: 3-5 years in GST practice

Compensation: 4,00,000 to 6,00,000 per annum, based on experience and skills.

About the role -

We are looking for someone to take independent ownership of our GST work — from routine compliance through to departmental proceedings and appeals. You will work directly with the partner on live matters, including ITC disputes, supplier-cancellation cases and investigation replies. It is a role with real responsibility from month one and genuine exposure to how GST litigation actually unfolds.

What you'll do -

Draft replies to notices under Sections 61, 73, 74 and 122, and to ASMT-10, DRC-01A and DRC-01

Prepare appeals before the Appellate Authority and GSTAT, including grounds of appeal, statements of facts and paperbooks

Assist in DGGI and departmental investigation matters — summons responses, submissions and documentation

File GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C, including reconciliation with books, GSTR-2B and the annual financials





Handle monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B compliance and ITC reconciliation for a portfolio of clients

Research issues and prepare notes on circulars, notifications and case law

Communicate with clients on documentation, queries and status updates

What we're looking for -

Semi-qualified CA / / M.Com with hands-on GST experience

Working knowledge of the CGST Act, Rules and the appellate framework

Ability to draft clearly in English

Comfort with the GST portal, Tally, and Excel

Attention to detail with figures and reconciliations, and the honesty to flag what you don't know

Positive to have

Prior experience appearing before or corresponding with GST authorities
