Growth & Partnerships Intern (Founding Team) | PeerX For college students who want to build communities, not just manage spreadsheets.

We're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Intern to join the founding team at PeerX, a startup featured on Shark Tank India Season 5 that's building the next generation platform for student builders.

This isn't one of those internships where you'll spend your day sending generic emails or updating Excel sheets. You'll work on real growth campaigns, build partnerships with student communities, creators, startups, colleges, and organizations, and help bring ambitious builders onto the platform.

As an early team member, you'll work directly with the founder, take ownership from day one, and play a key role in growing PeerX across campuses and online communities.

What you'll do

- Build and manage partnerships with colleges, student clubs, communities, startups, and creators
- Identify and onboard campus ambassadors and community leaders
- Plan and execute growth campaigns across social media and online communities
- Reach out to potential partners and maintain long-term relationships
- Brainstorm creative marketing and community activation ideas
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Represent PeerX at events, hackathons, and startup communities whenever required

We're looking for someone who

- Is currently pursuing a college degree
- Has excellent communication and networking skills




- Loves talking to people and building relationships
- Is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative
- Has an interest in startups, marketing, business development, or community building
- Can manage multiple conversations and projects at the same time

Bonus if you

- Have experience leading a college club or community
- Have organized events, hackathons, workshops, or college fests
- Have worked in campus ambassador, marketing, or partnership roles
- Are active on LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord, or other student communities
