The company combines human scriptwriters, AI avatar production, and human editors to deliver 30 customized videos per month in a client’s face and voice, without requiring complex recording setups. Clients provide a single short phone video, after which Clipd creates an AI “digital twin” and turns topics into finished videos within 48 hours on a weekly basis.

Services include tailored scripts, branded and captioned edits with B-roll, a YouTube trend engine that converts viral topics into Reels, and automated posting options. Each video is reviewed by multiple team members to ensure quality and alignment with the client’s brand.

Role Description The Growth Operator Intern role at Clipd Media is a remote internship focused on supporting the company’s growth and client success operations. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with lead sourcing, prospect research, and outreach coordination across social and email channels. The intern will help manage content delivery workflows, track performance metrics, and ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients.





Responsibilities can also involve collaborating with marketing and operations to refine growth experiments, document processes, and improve automation and tooling. This internship offers exposure to a fast-paced AI media environment and the opportunity to learn how scalable growth systems are built and optimized.

Qualifications

Strong interest in growth, marketing, and operations, with the ability to analyze basic performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Comfort with digital tools such as CRM platforms, project management software, and social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).

Clear written and verbal communication skills, including qualified outreach and concise documentation of processes.

Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

Self-directed, proactive approach to problem-solving, with openness to feedback and continuous learning in a startup environment.

Interest in AI, video content, and creator or coaching ecosystems; prior experience in startups, media, or marketing is a plus.

Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
