Responsibilities Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling. Research target companies and identify key decision-makers. Build, maintain, and organize prospect databases for sales campaigns.

Execute bulk LinkedIn outreach and post-event follow-up messaging. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Maintain and update lead information, CRM records, and sales trackers. Collect, verify, and enrich business data from multiple sources.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Support sales campaigns through data management and operational assistance. Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and timely follow-ups.





Requirements 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Operations (Freshers with relevant internships can apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good research, data management, and analytical abilities. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Zoho, etc.) is preferred. Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented with a willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners preferred.
