We're looking for a scrappy, commercially-minded freelancer to own pipeline generation and drive deals to close for Clarion.ai. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role - you'll work close to the founder, use free/low-cost tools, and have real say in how growth gets done. Ideal for someone who loves the startup hustle and wants meaningful ownership without full time hours.
What You'll Do
- Generate qualified leads through outbound (email, LinkedIn) and light inbound support
- Run initial conversations and qualify prospects against our ICP
- Close smaller, faster-moving deals independently
- Support and help drive larger/enterprise deals through to close alongside the founder
- Keep a simple, up-to-date view of pipeline and account status
- Share quick, regular updates on what's working and what's not
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in growth, sales,
or business development - B2B/SaaS/startup background preferred
- Comfortable owning outreach and conversations end-to-end, not just handing off leads
- Resourceful with free/low-cost tools (comfortable building lean, not dependent on enterprise stacks)
- Clear communicator who can speak to both technical and business audiences
- Startup mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, moves fast, wears multiple hats
