Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, EdTech, Marketing, or Customer Success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to travel for meetings and field activities

Employment Type: Full-Time Work Model: Field + Office

Compensation: Up to 3 LPA + Performance-Based Incentive

Role & responsibilities

- Drive business growth through school outreach, strategic partnerships,



and lead generation
- Identify and engage prospective clients, institutions, and channel partners
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and business meetings
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with schools and educational stakeholders
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to execute growth initiatives
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities
- Own the end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting to onboarding
- Represent Company at educational events, seminars, and networking opportunities
