Group Product Manager

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead product charters across Delivery, Store Operations, and Merchandising. This role will be responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap, execution, and cross-functional alignment across customer fulfilment, in-store operating capabilities, and merchandising platforms.

The role requires a solid product leader who can balance customer experience, store efficiency, business priorities, and scalable platform capabilities.

As a Group Product Manager, you will own a portfolio of products that enable delivery experiences for 7Now, store execution, merchandising workflows, catalog/product information, and operational tools. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Merchandising, Data, Business, and global product teams to define priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. This role requires both strategic leadership and execution discipline, with the ability to guide Product Managers, manage complex dependencies, and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Lead product strategy and roadmap across Delivery, Store Operations, and Merchandising charters.
- Own product outcomes across areas such as ordering, fulfillment, catalog, product information, store tools, merchandising workflows, and operational platforms.
- Partner with Operations, Merchandising, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Translate business goals, store needs, customer expectations, and operational challenges into clear product priorities.
- Manage and mentor Product Managers, helping build strong product judgment and execution discipline.
- Drive alignment across multiple teams and ensure dependencies, risks, and trade-offs are managed effectively.
- Build scalable and reusable capabilities that improve speed, accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across stores and digital channels.
- Use data, store feedback, customer insights, and business metrics to guide product decisions.




- Establish strong product governance through roadmap reviews, OKRs, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
- Communicate product plans, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- 12+ years of product management experience, preferably across digital, retail, operations, commerce, or platform products.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a leading institution is preferred.
- Experience leading multiple product areas or managing Product Managers.
- Strong ability to define product strategy and deliver business impact in complex environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Operations, Business, and Data.
- Ability to balance customer experience, operational efficiency, technology constraints, and business goals.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in retail, delivery, fulfillment, store operations, merchandising, catalog, PIM, or commerce platforms.
- Experience working with distributed/global teams.
- Familiarity with agile product development, OKRs, product analytics, and design-led product development.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to evolving charters.
