Pivotal Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail &

- Restaurant Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing commercial retail, QSR, and restaurant construction projects from pre-construction through closeout while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage retail, QSR, and restaurant construction projects from start to finish

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination

- Lead communication between clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and field teams

- Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals

- Coordinate permitting, procurement, inspections, and project closeout

- Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and overall financial performance

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project timelines

- Collaborate closely with superintendents and field personnel to proactively resolve issues

- Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders

- Build and maintain solid client and subcontractor relationships

Qualifications





- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management

- Strong experience managing retail, QSR, and restaurant construction projects preferred

- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and scheduling

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

- Strong budgeting and cost management experience

- Valid driver’s license required

- $2,500 annual vacation bonus paid upon completion of a qualified vacation with submission of receipts
