Key Responsibilities Design high-quality creatives for all digital and print requirements.

Create engaging images, videos, reels, carousels, and marketing assets for all social media platforms.

Develop creative materials for internal HR initiatives,



employee engagement campaigns, events, branding, and corporate communications.

Design brochures, banners, presentations, flyers, emailers, website graphics, and other marketing collateral.

Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.

Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other teams to deliver creative projects within deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and creative best practices.

Skills & Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an IT or technology company.

Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, print designs, videos, and reels.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD), Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, and other modern design tools.

Hands-on experience with video editing, motion graphics, and short-form content creation.

Good understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and UI design principles.
