Hiring: Layout Designer & Graphic Designer – Educational Publishing

Location: Noida Sector 3 (Work from Office)

About Us

We are a leading educational publishing company specializing in developing high-quality K–12 learning materials and children's school books. We are currently hiring for the following contractual positions:

1. Layout Designer

Key Responsibilities

- Create page layouts for children's school books using Adobe InDesign.
- Perform typesetting, text flow, and page composition.
- Ensure consistency in typography, formatting, and page design.
- Prepare print-ready files while maintaining publishing standards.
- Coordinate with editors and production teams to deliver high-quality layouts.

Requirements

- Experience in children's school book publishing is mandatory.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign .
- Robust understanding of typesetting, page layout, typography, and print production .
- Ability to handle large-volume book layouts with accuracy.

2. Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities





- Design book covers and inside page layouts for children's school books.
- Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and other educational graphics.
- Design and edit artwork using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator .
- Prepare visually engaging, print-ready designs that align with publishing standards.
- Collaborate with editors and layout designers to create high-quality educational books.

Requirements

- Experience in children's school book design is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator .
- Adobe InDesign is mandatory , and the candidate should be able to create both book covers and page layouts .
- Knowledge of Canva will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and print production.
