NaturaX is scaling fast across South India. We're looking for the person who helps us design for a brand that's growing fast.

NaturaX is an Ayurvedic skincare brand helping patients with chronic skin conditions through a doctor-led consultation model — with a robust and growing presence across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Founded by alumni from IIM Lucknow and NITs, we're on a sharp growth curve with offices in Calicut and Coimbatore — and a Bangalore office opening shortly.

Role Overview

As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating clean, consistent, and visually compelling designs across a wide range of formats. You'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to bring our brand identity to life, ensuring every design — whether it's a product label or a social media carousel — reflects our brand guidelines and aesthetic.

We're looking for someone who thrives on simplicity, clarity, and consistency — someone who believes that good design says more with less.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Label Design — Design clean, minimalist , informative, and visually appealing labels for our products that align with brand and regulatory requirements.
- Product Packaging Design — Create packaging designs that are both functional and visually distinctive, balancing aesthetics with practical print/production needs.
- Logo Design & Branding — Support the evolution of our brand identity, including logo variations, brand assets, and visual guidelines.
- Carousels & Poster Designs — Design engaging social media carousels and posters for campaigns, product launches, and promotions that helps to grow the social media presence.
- Thumbnail Designs — Create scroll-stopping, on-brand thumbnails for video and social content.




- Brand Consistency — Ensure all designs strictly follow our brand guidelines, color palette, and typography across every deliverable.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and founders to understand design briefs and translate ideas into visuals.
- Maintain and organize a design asset library for easy access and reuse across teams.
- Stay updated on design trends while staying true to our minimalist brand identity.

What We're Looking For

- A creative minimalist design approach — clean layouts, purposeful use of space, and restraint in color/typography choices.
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy, composition, and brand consistency.
- Ability to juggle multiple design formats (packaging, digital, print) without compromising quality.
- Comfortable working within and helping evolve brand guidelines.
- Valuable communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced startup workplace.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc
- Experience with packaging/print design
- A portfolio that demonstrates minimalist, brand-conscious design works
- Basic understanding of print production
- Social media experience, trends, hashtags etc
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice to Have

- Experience working for D2C startups.
- Familiarity with motion graphics(After effects) or basic video editing for thumbnails/reels.
- Prior experience building or maintaining a brand style guide.
