Job Summary

Lere Academy is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of qualified experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create engaging creatives for digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
- Create branding assets and maintain consistency across all digital and print designs.
- Develop creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Design promotional materials for courses, events, workshops, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver creative campaigns.
- Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and visual elements.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer.




- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other graphic design tools.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Figma is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and branding.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience in educational, digital marketing, or advertising industries is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
