Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate communications across Kushal Bharat Group’s diverse business units. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing graphics and layouts, designing logos and brand elements, preparing digital and print-ready artwork, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product,



and leadership teams to translate concepts into transparent, impactful visual designs and supporting ongoing initiatives with timely, high-quality creative output.

The Graphic

Designer will also help maintain and evolve visual guidelines to strengthen the group’s brand presence.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print channels.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities and maintaining brand consistency.
- Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and color theory to produce clear, engaging visual communication.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, preferably including corporate, industrial, or hospitality sectors.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics or UI/UX design is an added advantage.
