As a Trainee Recruiter, you will learn candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, stakeholder communication, and recruitment best practices while support hiring initiatives for various IT roles across the United States of America.

Role Overview:

As a Trainee Recruiter, you will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while learning the fundamentals of Talent Acquisition. Key responsibilities include:

- Sourcing candidates through job portals and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment channels.
- Reviewing and screening resumes based on client requirements and job specifications.
- Conducting initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Supporting senior recruiters in managing hiring activities and achieving recruitment goals.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Learning recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and client management skills through on-the-job training.

Eligibility Criteria:

Fresh graduates from the following disciplines are encouraged to apply:

- BCA in Computer Applications, MCA in Computers.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science and Technology, B.Sc. in Electronics, B.Sc. in IT.
- BE in (E&TC;, EEE, IT, CSE, Electronics, Electronics and Communication Engineering or Electronics and Computer Engineering).
- MBA (HR) (Master of Business Administration Human Resources), highly preferable.

Shift Details:

- Monday to Friday.
- 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift).
- Fixed weekend off (Saturday and Sunday).

Note: Candidates should be comfortable working in a permanent night-shift schedule aligned with US business hours.
