We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Service Engineer to manage the annual maintenance and servicing of equipment installed at customer locations across India. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and be willing to travel extensively to ensure timely service support and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform annual maintenance and preventive servicing of equipment installed at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment operation and performance.
- Carry out installation support, inspections, repairs, and breakdown maintenance as required.
- Travel extensively across India to provide on-site service and maintenance support.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and documentation after each customer visit.
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure timely issue resolution.




- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company service procedures.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers by providing prompt and professional service.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in servicing industrial or electrical equipment.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) Mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in service engineering, maintenance, or field service.
- Candidates with experience in Navy, Air Force, or Army-related industries will be preferred
