Ensure accurate patient identification, sample collection, labeling, handling, and transportation while maintaining infection control standards. Coordinate with the operations team, maintain records, and provide excellent patient care. DMLT is mandatory with 1 to 3 years of phlebotomy experience and positive communication skills.
