Roles and Responsibility

- Design and develop high-quality content for global learning operations, including e-learning modules, training materials, and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content that meets business objectives.
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Create interactive and immersive learning experiences using various authoring tools and technologies.
- Edit and review content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in e-learning design and development.

Job Requirements




- Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning content, preferably in a global learning operations setting.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and educational technology.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and other e-learning development software.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform content decisions and measure content effectiveness.
- Experience working with diverse audiences, including those with varying learning needs and abilities.
