Job Summary

Role Overview: WMO Partner serves as a strategic workforce management consultant to business leaders, helping drive effective workforce planning, goverce, operational excellence, and resource optimization. This role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and workforce management functions, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, analytical expertise, and a consultative mindset. Power BI beginner level proficiency is mandatory to for developing or maintaining workforce analytics, reporting, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Partnering Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce-related matters.
- Workforce Planning Goverce: Support headcount planning, forecasting, and goverce processes.
- Reporting Analytics: Develop and maintain workforce dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Analyze workforce trends, utilization metrics, productivity indicators, and other workforce KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights to business leaders through data storytelling and visualization.
- Deliver periodic and ad hoc reports supporting business decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across business units, HR,



Fice, Recruitment, and Operations teams.
- Facilitate communication between leadership and workforce management functions.
- Present workforce insights, recommendations, and business cases to senior stakeholders.

Required QualificationsExperience
- 79 years of experience in Workforce Management, Resource Management, Business Operations, MIS, Workforce Analytics, or related functions.
- Experience partnering with business leaders and managing workforce goverce activities.
- Experience working in a rapid-paced services, IT, healthcare, or consulting environment is preferred.

Technical Skills
- Mandatory: Power BI skills (Beginner level) including dashboard development, DAX, data modeling, and visualization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of data analysis and workforce metrics.
