Role: Assistant Factory Manager

Location: Sira, Tumkur

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the factory strategic plan. To ensure continuous improvement in all factory-related departments.
- Supervise and manage production department, to meet production standards daily and act as a liaison between supervisors and upper management. Manage any and all production standards, constraints and delays.
- Supervise and manage quality department, to meet quality standards daily and act as a liaison between supervisors and upper management.
- Supervise and manage stores department, to ensure proper material resource planning.
- Ensure all platforms receive required problem-solving solutions and labor, maintenance staff, concrete, consumables, rebar and other miscellaneous resources to maintain quality standards and schedule for all production processes.
- Identify the need for corrective actions when quality or production or safety standards are not met.



Take corrective actions accordingly to meet standards.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of factory personnel, as well as performance management and employee relations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring that customer needs are met, and resolving any issues that arise.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience in factory management or related field.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in relevant discipline (Civil).

- Robust knowledge of factory operations, including manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
