Role & Responsibilities

- Plan and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish.
- Understand client requirements and prepare project execution plans.
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and as per safety guidelines.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance at all project sites.
- Track project progress using MS Project and Advanced Excel.
- Identify project delays or risks and take corrective actions.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide regular project updates.
- Follow up with clients for payments as per company guidelines.
- Manage manpower, equipment, and materials for smooth project execution.
- Lead and guide project coordinators and site engineers to achieve project goals.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations Management, Production & Operations Management, Project Management, or a related specialization is preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in construction project execution or operations.
- Experience in handling multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Solid knowledge of project planning, site operations, safety, and quality management.
- Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Project, Advanced Excel, and project reporting.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Willing to travel to project sites and relocate to Gurugram if required.
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely project completion.
