ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Manager Finance & Commercial to oversee finance and commercial operations across infrastructure and equipment deployment projects. The role will be responsible for financial planning, project accounting, project costing, cash flow management, commercial coordination, billing, and profitability analysis while partnering with operations and project teams to ensure financial discipline and support business growth.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting for ongoing projects.

• Monitor daily cash flow, fund utilization, and working capital requirements.

• Prepare project-wise MIS, profitability analysis, and management dashboards.

• Monitor project costs, margins, and equipment deployment profitability.

• Ensure timely client billing, invoicing, certification, revenue tracking, and collections.

• Manage vendor payments, customer reconciliations, and commercial documentation.

• Coordinate with project, operations, procurement, and commercial teams for financial planning and cost optimization.

• Support treasury activities, banking documentation, financial projections, and banking relationships.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, commercial controls, statutory requirements,



and internal processes.

• Assist management in monthly financial reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making.

• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize costs, and strengthen financial controls.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit-related activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.

• 7 - 9 years of relevant experience in Finance & Commercial functions.

• Experience in Infrastructure, EPC, Heavy Equipment, Logistics, Construction, or Renewable Energy sectors will be preferred.

• Strong understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Project Accounting, Project Costing, Commercial Operations, Working Capital Management, Treasury, and MIS Reporting.

• Experience in managing project-based financial environments and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
