About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1 year of skilled experience in digital and print design. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging designs for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, websites, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, and branding materials.

Develop visually appealing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the marketing, content, and video teams to create compelling visual campaigns.

Create brand identities, logos, and visual assets aligned with client requirements.

Design creatives optimized for Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads,



and other digital platforms.

Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, color schemes, and design standards across all projects.

Revise and improve designs based on client and internal feedback.

Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

1-year professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Good understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and branding.

Experience designing creatives for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Ability to create both static and marketing-focused visual content.

Strong creativity with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

A strong design portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.

Additional Advantage

Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Basic understanding of video editing or motion graphics.

Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency.
