OrganicBazar is seeking a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to bring our brand vision to life across digital platforms, packaging, and marketing materials. If you have a strong design sense, an eye for detail, and experience in creating high-conversion creatives for D2C brands, we d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design visual content for social media (Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest), website banners, and ad campaigns

- Create packaging mockups, product labels, and offline promotional materials

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually consistent and engaging creatives

- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all design outputs

- Support the video team with thumbnails, titles, and intro visuals

- Work on seasonal campaigns, special launches, and festival-themed creatives

- Manage and organize design assets, templates, and project files

- Stay updated with design trends relevant to D2C and lifestyle brands

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (preferably with a D2C or lifestyle brand)

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (CapCut/InShot is a plus)

- Robust portfolio of digital creatives, packaging, or social media designs

- Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and design aesthetics

- Ability to work on multiple design briefs with attention to deadlines

- Interest in gardening, sustainability, or organic products is a plus
