Graphic Designer (Role & Responsibility but is not limited to)
We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 6 months of experience and a robust proficiency in graphic design tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for website banners, social media marketing posts, and various related materials.
- Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects to create high-quality and engaging graphics.
- Design website banners, social media marketing posts, and other digital assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table for graphic content creation.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into projects.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver visually impactful designs.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive and consistent brand representation.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Be proactive in communicating project progress and potential roadblocks.
- Adapt to feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
- Stay flexible in handling design projects with varying requirements.
Skills Requirements-
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects.
- Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with an emphasis on web banners and social media posts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a passion for design and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
