Role Description The Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Samba. This position is responsible for creating visual assets that support marketing campaigns, showroom promotions, social media content, and product branding. Day-to-day tasks include designing digital and print materials, developing layouts for catalogues and brochures, producing graphics for Instagram and other platforms, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual communications.

Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams, interpret design briefs, manage multiple projects, and align visuals with Aracot Constructions’ luxury and sustainability-focused brand identity.



The role also involves preparing files for print, coordinating with vendors when needed, and maintaining an organized library of design assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or comparable design tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in layout design, branding, and visual identity development for digital and print collateral.
- Candidates should possess skills in social media design, basic digital marketing concepts, and creating engaging visual content for platforms like Instagram.
- Candidates should possess skills in typography, color theory, and image editing to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals.
- Candidates should possess skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams, interpreting briefs, and presenting design concepts clearly.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in retail, construction, interiors, or luxury home solutions design is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Samba, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback and changing priorities is required.
