Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor at Specular Business Services. The role involves designing digital graphics for web and social media, creating logos and visual brand assets, and producing marketing materials aligned with client brand guidelines. The professional in this position will also edit and assemble video content for promotional campaigns, social media, presentations, and other marketing initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to understand project requirements,



developing visual concepts, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality, consistency, and deadline expectations. The role includes managing design files, optimizing graphics and videos for different platforms, and staying current with design and video trends to support client growth strategies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and marketing assets.

Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities.

Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure readable, visually appealing, and consistent text treatments.

Proficiency in industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).

Demonstrated experience creating social media graphics, marketing collateral, and short-form video content.

Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines in a remote setting.

Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.

Relevant education in design, multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
