We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create high-quality marketing collateral that strengthens AGGCON's brand across digital and offline platforms. Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality creatives for LinkedIn, social media, digital campaigns, and recruitment drives.

Develop brochures, catalogues, presentations, banners, flyers, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.

Create branding assets for exhibitions, customer events, product launches, and corporate initiatives.

Design company profiles, equipment brochures, proposals, newsletters, and internal communication materials.

Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and Management teams to execute creative campaigns.





Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print communication.

Edit and optimize images for marketing campaigns, websites, and promotional materials.

Support basic video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content creation when required.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative best practices. Requirements

2–5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative design.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing software will be an advantage.

Robust understanding of branding, typography, layout design, and visual communication.

Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
