Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer & Visualizer (1–2 Years Experience) who combines strong design fundamentals with curiosity for modern AI design tools.

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce eye-catching social media graphics, scroll-stopping YouTube thumbnails, digital ads, and branded collateral across our OTT, digital entertainment, creator, and performance marketing accounts. Key ResponsibilitiesDigital & Social Media Design

- Design clean, engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Create high-converting, scroll-stopping YouTube thumbnails designed to improve CTR (click-through rates) and viewer engagement.
- Adapt design assets across multiple aspect ratios and formats:
- 16:9 (YouTube / Web)
- 9:16 (Stories / Reels cover graphics)
- 1:1 & 4:5 (Instagram posts & carousels)
- Display ads & web banners
- Produce static social posts, basic carousels, and simple animated/motion-ready graphic layouts.

Visual Execution & Branding
- Follow brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across Cocoma Digital’s internal brands and client accounts.
- Assist in creating basic branding materials, presentation slides, internal event assets, and marketing collateral.
- Translate creative briefs and ideas into clean, visually appealing concepts.
- Prepare basic mockups and layout options for review.

AI-Assisted Workflows & Productivity
- Use basic AI tools (e.g., Canva AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT) for rapid background removal, image enhancement, mockups, and visual ideation.
- Integrate prompt-based tools to explore backgrounds, textures,



and reference ideas to speed up daily design turnarounds.
- Stay curious about emerging AI design trends and incorporate new techniques into daily tasks.

Collaboration & Quality Standards
- Collaborate closely with Content Writers, Video Editors, Motion Designers, and Marketing Managers.
- Actively incorporate feedback from creative leads and account managers efficiently.
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution, proper file setups, correct typography, and color choices.
- Keep project files, design templates, and media assets neatly organized.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency, digital studio, or in-house team experience preferred).
- Solid portfolio showcasing digital graphics, social media posts, carousel designs, thumbnails, or branding assets.
- Good grasp of fundamental design principles: typography, visual hierarchy, alignment, composition, and color theory.
- Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator .
- Familiarity with Canva and basic design tools for fast turnaround requests.
- Ability to manage daily design tasks, meet deadlines, and handle minor revisions swiftly.
- Positive communication skills and an eagerness to learn and grow within a quick-paced creative agency environment.

Preferred / AI Skills
- Experience designing YouTube thumbnails or graphics for entertainment, media, lifestyle, or digital brands.
- Working knowledge or keen interest in generative AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, or Canva Magic Studio .
- Basic knowledge of Figma (for UI/banner layouts) or Adobe After Effects (for basic graphic animation).
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering for image generation and background extensions.

Tools & Software Proficiency
- Primary Design Software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva
- Secondary / Good to Have: Figma, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe After Effects (Basic)
- AI Creative Tools: Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Remove.bg / Topaz
- Productivity Tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft PowerPoint, Frame.io / Notion
