Position Overview

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented B.Com graduates to join as Graduate Trainees. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and will be placed in either the Finance Department or Supply Chain Department based on business requirements, aptitude, and performance during training.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates who want to build a practical career in a manufacturing environment with exposure to ERP systems, finance processes, procurement, inventory management, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Stream

Supply Chain Stream

- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist in procurement, purchase order follow-up, and vendor coordination.
- Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and basic reconciliations.
- Support material receipt tracking, inventory entries, and documentation.
- Maintain accounting records, supporting documents, and filing discipline.
- Coordinate with suppliers, stores, production, logistics, and internal teams.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance support activities.
- Assist in inventory control, stock verification, and material movement records.
- Support month-end closing, MIS preparation, and data checks.
- Support material requirement tracking, order execution, and follow-up.
- Perform transactions and data entry in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, after training.
- Perform supply chain transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, after training.

· Maintain accurate records and support documentation required for audits and internal reviews.

· Coordinate professionally with internal departments and external stakeholders.

· Learn company policies, ERP discipline, workflows, and manufacturing business processes.

· Support continuous improvement, data accuracy, and process standardization initiatives.

Desired Skills

· Valuable numerical ability and basic commercial understanding.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Attention to detail and willingness to maintain accurate records.

· Good communication skills and a cooperative team approach.

· Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn manufacturing processes.

· Interest in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Qualifications

· B.Com from a recognized university.

· Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.

· Basic understanding of accounting principles, commerce, business operations, and supply chain concepts.

· Good academic record and willingness to work from the Vasai location.

Training and Career Growth The selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure to finance, procurement, inventory, manufacturing operations, documentation, and ERP-based business processes. Based on performance and organization requirements, the trainee may be confirmed into an Executive-level role in Finance or Supply Chain.
