About the Role
We are looking for a Graduate Intern to join our Pre-Sales team in Bangalore. This role sits at the intersection of technology and customer engagement — you'll work closely with our product, engineering, and business teams to understand what we build, and help translate that into compelling demos, proposals, and customer conversations.
This is a hands-on, high-learning role. You will not be sitting on the sidelines — you will be directly involved in real bids, real demos, and real customer interactions from day one. If you are someone who enjoys understanding technology deeply and explaining it clearly to others, this role will stretch and grow those skills quickly.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting in preparing and delivering live product demonstrations to prospective customers,
showcasing Cognecto's platforms and use cases across roads, water, fleet, and governance domains
Supporting the creation of technical write-ups, solution briefs, and product documentation that clearly communicate our platform capabilities
Helping prepare bid and tender documentation, including Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and pre-qualification submissions for government and enterprise opportunities
Engaging directly with potential customers — on calls, in meetings, and through written communication — to understand their requirements and represent Cognecto's value proposition
Working closely with the product and engineering teams to stay updated on platform capabilities, recent features, and technical use cases
Assisting with market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new business opportunities as needed
Supporting internal documentation and presentation material used in sales and leadership discussions
What You'll Learn
How AI infrastructure solutions are positioned, demoed, and sold into government and enterprise environments
How to write and structure technical proposals and tender responses
How to translate complex technical capability into clear, customer-facing communication
Direct exposure to the full sales cycle — from first customer conversation to bid submission
Working in a fast-paced startup environment with direct access to leadership and decision-making
Who We're Looking For
Recent graduate, preferably from an Engineering, Technology, or Business background
Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting ideas clearly and confidently
Genuine curiosity about AI, infrastructure technology, and how B2B/B2G sales works
Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and explain them in simple terms to non-technical audiences
Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks, and managing deadlines A proactive, self-starter attitude — someone who is eager to learn and contribute, not just observe
Basic proficiency with tools like MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with presentation and documentation tools is a plus
Role Details
Location: Neil Rao Tower, 1st Floor, Whitefield, Bangalore (in-office role preferred)
Travel: No travel required
Duration: 3 months minimum, with potential conversion to a full-time role based on performance
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
