Role Description The Graduate Engineer Trainee Process / Graduate Engineer Production role is a full time, in office position based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. In this role, the trainee supports process and production engineering activities, including assisting in the design, monitoring, and improvement of process workflows. Day-to-day tasks may involve collecting and analyzing operational data, assisting in process control and optimization, contributing to troubleshooting efforts, and documenting procedures and findings.
The trainee collaborates with senior engineers to apply engineering principles to real-world projects, supports quality and safety standards,
and helps implement continuous improvement initiatives in production environments.
Qualifications
Process engineering capabilities, including Process Design and Process Engineering skills.
Understanding of Process Control principles to support stable and efficient operations.
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support problem-solving.
Academic background or training in EV or a closely related engineering discipline.
Ability to learn and apply engineering software tools and modeling techniques relevant to process and production environments.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and production teams.
Attention to detail, commitment to safety, and willingness to work on-site in a hands-on industrial setting.
Internship or project experience in process design, production, or industrial operations is an advantage.
