About the Role

We are looking for highly talented and motivated engineering graduates from premier institutes to join our Digital Technology team as Appian Developers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build enterprise-grade applications using Low-Code technology, contribute to digital transformation initiatives, and work on business-critical solutions in the Insurance domain.

Selected candidates will undergo structured training in the Appian platform and will work alongside experienced technology professionals to design, develop, test, and deploy business process applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and develop applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform.
- Participate in application design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Develop workflows, interfaces, process models, reports, and integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and Project Managers.
- Adhere to coding standards, security practices, and development guidelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project discussions.

Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification:



Any full time engineering degree from IIT/IIIT/NIT

Academic Requirements

- Consistent academic record.
- No active backlogs at the time of joining.
- Strong programming and analytical fundamentals.

Desired Skills

- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Knowledge of Java, Python, JavaScript, or any programming language.
- Basic understanding of SQL and Databases.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Enthusiasm to learn Low-Code technologies and enterprise application development.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Web Application Development.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations.
- Internship/project experience in software development.
- Certifications in Appian, Java, Cloud, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
