Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer, based in the Greater Vadodara Area.
The Gold Loan
Officer will be responsible for customer acquisition, educating clients about gold loan products, evaluating and processing gold as collateral, and maintaining solid client relations.
Responsibilities also include ensuring proper documentation, risk assessment,
and adherence to compliance standards to secure the seamless management of gold loan operations.
Qualifications Strong customer service, relationship management, and communication skills
Proficiency in financial services, loan processes, and risk evaluation
Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate documentation and compliance checks
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with loan management software
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in gold loan management, financial services, or banking will be advantageous
