Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution & Delivery
- Lead and oversee execution of multiple residential projects within the cluster
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Drive construction planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
- Cluster Management
- Manage a portfolio of projects across Gurugram & Haryana under Cluster NZ1
- Ensure standardization of processes, systems, and reporting across sites
- Monitor project health through MIS, dashboards, and periodic reviews
- Contractor & Vendor Management
- Finalize and manage contractors, consultants, and key vendors
- Ensure contractual compliance, performance tracking, and cost control
- Drive productivity and efficiency at site level
- Cost & Budget Control
- Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure effective utilization of resources and cost efficiency
- Work closely with procurement and finance teams for commercial alignment
- Quality & Safety Compliance




- Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and SOPs
- Implement robust QA/QC processes across all sites
- Drive a strong safety culture and compliance with statutory norms
- Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Planning, Procurement, Sales, CRM)
- Liaise with external stakeholders including consultants, authorities, and clients
- Support customer-centric project delivery and timely handovers
- Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and mentor project teams including Project Managers and site teams
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and delivery
- Drive capability enhancement and succession planning within the cluster
