Designation: Vice President - Enterprise IAM Architect

- Define and drive the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture strategy, roadmap, and standards.
- Design scalable identity solutions supporting Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Federation, RBAC, ABAC, and Zero Trust principles.
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of IAM solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Develop enterprise reference architectures, design patterns, and technical standards for identity services.
- Design and oversee identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, and de-provisioning processes.

Desired Profile

- 15 years of overall IT experience, with 8 years in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security Architecture, or Cybersecurity Engineering.




- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
- Hands-on experience with cloud identity services across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Strong understanding of identity protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, SCIM, and LDAP.
- Robust knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, secrets management, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
