Reporting to: Chef People Officer The Role

This is a hands-on Global Talent & Development Partner role accountable for designing, implementing, and delivering practical learning, talent, and development programmes for managers and employees globally. You will build training that adds real value, improves manager capability, strengthens employee performance, and helps shift the dial on the behaviours and outcomes that matter most to the business. Alongside learning delivery, you will support core talent processes including end-of-year reviews, 9-box talent discussions, succession planning, and action planning from the engagement survey.

Key Responsibilities Talent & Development

Design, implement, and personally deliver engaging training for managers and employees

Build practical learning content that is relevant, commercial, and easy to apply in day-to-day work

Facilitate manager workshops, employee sessions, and targeted development programmes

Adapt learning delivery across different audiences, regions,



and levels of experience

Measure the impact of training and continuously improve content based on feedback and business needs Manager Capability & Performance Enablement

Create training that improves manager confidence in giving feedback, setting expectations, handling performance conversations, and leading effective teams

Support managers to have clear, consistent, and high-quality development conversations with employees

Provide practical tools, guides, and resources that help managers apply learning quickly and consistently

Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning interventions Talent, Succession & Review Cycles

Support the design and delivery of the end-of-year review process, ensuring managers and employees understand what good looks like

Facilitate and support 9-box talent conversations with leaders, helping to identify potential, performance, risk, and development actions Support succession planning activity, including preparing talent data, capturing actions, and tracking progress

Help turn talent discussions into clear development plans, retention actions, and succession outcomes Engagement Survey Action Planning

Translate engagement survey insights into clear,



practical action plans with leaders and managers

Design and deliver training or interventions that respond directly to employee feedback

Track actions resulting from the engagement survey and ensure progress is visible and owned

Support managers to communicate actions clearly and build trust through follow-through Experience Required Essential

Proven experience in a hands-on Talent, Learning & Development, or Organisational Development role

Strong experience designing, implementing, and delivering training directly to managers and employees

Demonstrable ability to create practical, value-add training that improves manager and employee capability

Experience supporting end-of-year performance review cycles

Experience with 9-box talent grids, succession planning, and talent review conversations

Ability to turn engagement survey feedback into clear action plans and meaningful interventions

Confident facilitator with the ability to engage different audiences and build credibility quickly

Commercial, pragmatic mindset with a focus on outcomes, adoption, and measurable impact

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes and stakeholders at pace Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced, scaling organisation

Experience working across global audiences and adapting learning for different regions

Experience using HR, learning, or engagement platforms to support delivery and reporting Additional Information
