Job Summary The Global Operations Manager (Sourcing &

- Origin Operations) serves as the vital bridge between global sourcing strategy and operational execution, taking full end-to-end ownership of origin-side supply chain processes. In this role, you will coordinate directly with sellers, growers, and internal teams to align harvest schedules, enforce origin quality control, oversee export documentation, and onboard global Customs House Agents (CHAs). Combining strong rate negotiation skills with meticulous MS Excel tracking, you will resolve dispatch discrepancies, ensure smooth customs clearance, and maintain strict operational compliance across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing &
- Execution Handoff:

Serve as the single point of contact bridging sourcing and operations to ensure smooth process execution from the origin side.

- Timeline &

- Schedule Alignment:

Coordinate closely with sellers, growers, and sourcing teams to align harvest timelines, pre/post-harvest activities, and dispatch schedules.

- Quality Control (QC) Management: Align and monitor origin-level QC processes to guarantee product specifications are met prior to dispatch.

- Vendor &

- CHA Onboarding:

Identify, onboard, and manage global Customs House Agents (CHAs) to facilitate hassle-free customs clearance across international markets.

- Documentation &

- Compliance:

Oversee seller-facing documentation, ensuring complete accuracy and full compliance with export standards.

- Rate Negotiation:



Negotiate commercial terms and final rates with origin vendors, sellers, and service providers.

- Data Tracking &

- Reporting:

Maintain meticulous Excel trackers for harvest schedules, dispatch plans, QC statuses, and vendor pipelines; proactively resolve operational delays or discrepancies.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in global sourcing, supply chain, agri-commodity trade, or export operations.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness, International Trade, or a related field.

- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of coordinating with origin vendors/sellers and managing customs/CHA documentation workflows.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, scheduling sheets, basic formulas, data analysis).

- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for international vendor correspondence.

- Core Competencies: Strong rate negotiation skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple origin timelines simultaneously.
