Position: Customer Support Associate
Location: Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-Time

Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Minimum typing speed requirement: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts (24x7 environment).
- Graduates are preferred; undergraduates may also apply.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Candidates with Locomotor Disabilities are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

For Freshers

- Monthly CTC: 16,000
- Approximate In-hand Salary: 11,240

For Experienced Candidates (Minimum 1 Year Experience)

- Monthly CTC: 18,000
- Approximate In-hand Salary: 13,163

Additional Benefit

- Quarterly Performance Bonus: 3,192

Work Schedule

- 6 working days per week with 1 rotational weekly off
- Total shift duration: 9 hours
- 8 hours of working time
- 1 hour break

- Immediate joining prospect for selected candidates.
- No Sales Targets
